Campus DJ Skills Lab: Professional DJ Workshop & Live Mixing Training

The Campus DJ Skills Lab will bring a professional DJ to CWU to provide hands-on training in live mixing, performance techniques, and audio production workflows. Students will gain practical, in-demand skills and explore careers in music and broadcasting through industry and alumni engagement. Following the workshop, students can practice and showcase their skills to create real impact on campus.

• Professional DJ instructor fees
• Travel and workshop costs
• Training and promotional materials
• Equipment and technical support

Expected Impact

1. Train 75+ students in professional DJ and live mixing skills
2. Increase student confidence and technical competency with audio equipment
3. Expand access to media and creative career training beyond the radio station
4. Enhance DJ and live production services on campus
